When Jade & Jake first told us all about the wedding they were planning at Ktima in Lindos Rhodes, we were very excited! My wife & I love a good destination wedding and the photos from the Ktima website really made us go wow!
I was the wedding photographer for Jade’s sister, Gemma a few years ago at one of my favourite venues, Hazel Gap Barn. They loved my work so much that when Jake proposed they said they knew they wanted to book me to be their wedding photographer and Daiga to be their wedding videographer!
Unfortunately then Covid hit and everyone’s plans got thrown into disarray! Their wedding plans were shelved and a new date of October 2021 was made. Yay! We were very excited once more but I admit it was a nail biting finish with all the various travel rules we had to end.
We arrived in Lindos a couple of days before the wedding day so we could get our bearings, visit Ktima and of course have a cheeky little break following the crazy number summer weddings we’d photographed.

Elegant restaurant with breathtaking views
Ktima is a fine dining restaurant in a prime location in Lindos Rhodes, with a commanding view of the Mediterranean Sea. As a wedding venue, it is the perfect place if you want to get married at a romantic venue with a modern vibe, great food and excellent service.
Nicole met us at the venue and was gracious enough to show us around as well as work with us to understand the timings for the day.
On the day, Jade got ready at their parents villa before driving to Ktima for their wedding ceremony. The ceremony was very quick but beautiful nonetheless. The full Greek sunshine meant it is probably a good thing it didn’t drag on! Especially as all the guys were in black tie attire.
Once over, Jade & Jake wanted to travel into the centre of Lindos for their couples portraits before returning back to Ktima for the wedding breakfast.
The sunsets are STUNNING so it would have been criminal for us not to grab a few photos before the speeches started. The evening party was great and the atmosphere was brilliant. We had an absolute blast and left knowing we’d been part of a very special day for a very special couple!
How to Find Ktima
Ktima Lindos is situated in Vlicha Bay, next to the Lindos Mare Seaside Hotel. The entrance is just off the EO Rodou Lindou road. During our first visit, we put the address into Google Maps which sent us to the wrong location.
