Maisie & Joe – The West Mill

When Maisie & Joe first came to meet me and booked me as their Derby wedding photographer, I was so happy. The West Mill is one of Derbyshire’s finest places to get married so I was very much looking forward to being part of their day. I don’t think any of us could have realised though that thanks to the pandemic, their date would actually end up being in 2022!

So I think it was fair to say that we were all thrilled when the date was finally upon us! My first visit to The West Mill of the year but it’s definitely not the last! And the place is just as stunning as previously. Anyone who has been a wedding photographer at West Mill before will know what I mean. The architecture, the decor all make it practically impossible for us to take bad photos!

I was also joined by my beautiful wife who Maisie & Joe had also booked as their wedding videographer. Together we had a great time and we thoroughly enjoyed celebrating their marriage with the newlyweds and their family.
